Warranty & Return Policy


1. All our Products have one up to ten years warranty. In our website we provide the exact warranty period for all our products that is given from manufacturer.

2. Most of our products should be registered upon purchase to get the full extended warranty period. Registration should be done in the manufacturer's web pages by giving personal details and serial numbers of the purchased products. Some manufacturers give up to 10-year extended warranty upon registration. If you don't register your product you will not get the extended warranty. 

3. If you have problem with your product in the warranty period you should inform us immediatelly by sending us an e-mail at warranty@blk.gr. You should give us a short description of the problem and some pictures or videos showing the problem would be also helpful. We will contact our supplier asap in order to solve the problem in the fastest way possible. Usually the product should be send back to the manufacturer in order to check and solve the poblem. Manufacturer may change the problematic product with a new one or change the problematic part. Every manufacturer has different policy and we have to follow its rules.

4. Shipping charges are covered by customer.

5. For Products in the Waranty Period we offer a similar device, based on availability, to ours customers until repairing procedure ends. Also we make all firmware updates for all our customers free of charge. 


If you decide that you want to return a product purchased from us you may do so within 3 days from purchase only for products that we have in stock. Please read carefully the following rules:

1. Returned product should be unused and in perfect condition. In case of electronic devices, they should not be turned on at all. Scratches or broken parts is a serious reason for not accepting the exchange. So, you have to send it first in order to check it and then we will decide if we will accept it or not.

2. The product should be in the original box with all the accessories. If something is missing we can't accept it.

3. We don't give full refund for the returned product. You should buy something else at the same cost. Second return in a raw is not accepted. 
4. Shipping charges are covered by customer.

5. Batteries, Softwares, PC Configuration systems, cameras and special orders are non-returnable products. 

6. Products that are not in stock and for which we have placed an order, cannot be returned. Also, these orders cannot be cancelled even if there are delivery delays from the supplier-manufacturer. 

7. If you don't return the product within 3 days we will not accept it.
